
Mike Pellegrini

Mike Pellegrini’s experience across a wide range of industrial specialties prepared him for the opportunities that Millennium Power Services delivers to its customers. From an early age, Mike started disassembling and sandblasting valves at his father’s valve repair company, Monarch Valve. And that set the course for what would become his life’s passion.
After graduating from high school, Mike worked in the shop full time, working in every opportunity that could affect a positive impact on customers—including running lathes, milling machines, and repairing valves. Then, when the time came to assume the leadership of his father’s valve company, Mike successfully grew the company and earned a well-respected name in the industry.
When Mike founded Millennium Power Services in the year 2000, along with Edward Schultz, the goal was to become the premier valve repair service provider for industrial markets. Today, he leads a team of 70+ professionals who have set the bar for valve repair.
Mike’s unique contribution to the organization includes his unwavering desire to deliver industry-leading results and rise to the challenges that our customers face every day. Mike prides himself on being a trusted partner by Millennium Power Services customers.
With Mike’s vision and his strong understanding of the trends that drive industrial innovation, Millennium Power Services maintains its course to become the leading valve repair services company in the U.S.
Mike and his wife Reina have 5 children–Andrew, Nathan, Victoria, Isabella, and Julia. Mike enjoys hunting with his father and boys and spending time with his family. Mike’s oldest son Andrew just started working full-time for Millennium Power Services and he has done a remarkable job preparing Andrew to work full time.

Aaron Florek
Executive Director at Millennium Power Services
Aaron Florek manages all aspects of sales, marketing, and promotion for Millennium Power Services, its services, and products. Focused on B2B marketing efforts to connect our offerings to potential customers, Aaron also brings extensive experience in business management and customer relations, which translates into a streamlined marketing operation for our company.
Aaron’s experience spans almost two decades of industrial marketing expertise in supply chain management, operations management, equipment manufacturing, installation, and service. Aaron’s unique contribution to the organization is his strong business sense, understanding of customer’s needs, and remarkable history of growing revenue and displacing competitors.
As Executive Director at Millennium Power Services, Aaron manages a variety of promotional efforts to cast an effective marketing net in the industry. From our website to industry advertising, trade shows, and conferences, Aaron is actively looking for ways to enhance our company’s marketing strategies and public image initiatives. Aaron has successfully added a very strong representative network to grow Millennium’s presence across the US.
Aaron loves to spend time outdoors with his wife Kristen and his three boys – Andrew, Luke, and Henry. His family enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, and hunting. They also to visit the beaches of Cape Cod in the summer and getting out to their cabin in NY in the fall. There is also a great amount of time watching the boys play sports, whether it is lacrosse and baseball in the spring and basketball in the winter.

Anthony (Andy) Forester
Senior Account Manager for Southern New England
Andy Forester works with customers to manage their requests and ensure their satisfaction, always looking out for ways to bring additional benefit to the business relationship. Andy works closely with other team members at Millennium Power Services to ensure customer orders and their projects are always on-track and within deadlines.
With over 35 years of experience managing customer relationships in industrial markets, Andy’s dedication and experience serve our customers well. Millennium Power Services benefits from the engineering and manufacturing industries’ knowledge that Andy brings into our organization, which in turn benefits our valued customers.
Andy’s unique contribution to the organization includes his dedication to customer satisfaction and being the “the go-to guy” for all valve related products and services.
As Senior Account Manager at Millennium Power Services, Andy continues to create opportunity by engaging customers with questions and probing their needs—always aiming to deliver the value they need with the quality and performance they expect. Andy is a member of WSA, ATA, APOA.
Andy enjoys spending family time with his grandkids. He is an ATA member and competes in regional and national trap competitions. He holds a private pilot’s license and enjoys flying float planes on the lakes of Maine. He enjoys hunting and competitive pistol and rifle club shooting. He also rides his motorcycle with friends whenever possible.

Steve Marden
Director of Operations for Northern New England
Steve Marden provides leadership in the areas of budgeting, operations management, client relations, and valve repair services. Overseeing the entire northern New England operation, Steve controls and manages the full range of competencies that contribute to the company’s effectiveness and viability as a premier service provider.
Steve’s experience in the mechanical and industrial engineering industries spans 22 years, providing him with the knowledge and exposure to a breadth of client scenarios and company dynamics to ensure the success of Millennium Power Services.
Steve’s unique contribution to the organization… His determination to always meet or exceed the customer’s expectations from himself and his team. Managed several large projects stressing safety, minimized down-time, and quality of workmanship.
In his role as Director of Operations for Millennium Power Services, Steve collaborates with other members of the leadership team to find solutions that keep our company running efficiently. Steve is a member of Curtis Wright Farris engineering FAST service Team, Certificate Holder of ASME NB, UV, and VR certificates, and has attended various schools and training seminars from valve manufacturers throughout the industry over his career.
Steve is married to his wife Jess Marden, has three children Blake, Ellie, Fynn, and a dog, Lola. He is an avid hunter and fisherman. Steve and his family enjoy boating in the summer. In the winter, they enjoy skiing and snowmobiling.

Mike Kelsey
Business Development Manager at Millennium Power Services
Mike Kelsey manages new business sales opportunities by promoting the services, benefits, and solutions that Millennium Power Services can provide their customers. Mike’s ‘think outside the box’ attitude, along with his extensive industry knowledge and expertise, allow him to customize design solutions for industrial manufacturers, both large and small, resolving their time, efficiency, and cost savings challenges.
Mike’s industrial career began over three decades ago after he completed his degree in Electrical Engineering Technology – Electronic Instrumentation & Controls.
Mike’s diverse career background beginning with hands-on field service and maintenance, then moving into sales, marketing and management, has allowed him to acquire extensive technical knowledge and operational understanding across a wide spectrum of manufacturing and plant process applications in the industrial valve, power generation, and process control industries. An asset that makes him a valuable member of the Millennium Power Services team.
Mike resides outside of Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Kara of 22 years and their three fur children. Together they spend time browsing antique, thrift and second-hand stores for treasures to refinish and restore. You can also find Mike bird watching, photographing wildlife, fly fishing, woodworking, and gardening.

Bill Carson
General Manager of Richmond, VA Facility
Bill brings with him over 25 years of machining and manufacturing experience across Power Generation, Aerospace, and Chemical industries. He began his early career as a Tool and Die Maker and then transitioned to Manufacturing Engineering with a focus on CAD/CAM modeling and programming. Bill has over 14 years of experience in Operations Management and successfully led two startup businesses specializing in turbine blade manufacturing, prior to joining DuPont as a Maintenance Manager in the Kevlar Business Unit.
We’re thrilled to have Bill join our team and look forward to seeing what he will accomplish with MPS, says Aaron Florek, Executive Director. His strengths and experience in the industry will be invaluable to better serving our customers and our team.
Bill currently lives in Chesterfield County, VA with his wife, Anne. In their free time, you can find them going to the beach, boating and seeing live music. He is also a football official at the high school and collegiate level.

Bernadette Lastowski
Inside Sales Manager at Millennium Power Services
Bernadette Lastowski provides sales support for Millennium’s account management team and customers. She is also our Limitorque Product Specialist. Bernadette has 15 years of experience working within our industry with a focus on valves and actuators. She possesses a wealth of knowledge and works tirelessly to support the needs of our customers
Through her involvement and knowledge, Bernadette provides our team with extensive support for our Sales Group. Without question, she has been instrumental in supporting the rapid growth that our company has experienced over the last 7 years.
Bernadette is a US Army veteran trained as a helicopter mechanic/crew chief. She has two grown sons and enjoys strength training and spending time with family.

Chris Luckern
Account Manager for Northern New England
Chris Luckern brings to Millennium Power Services years of experience and knowledge in the Paper Mill and Power Plant industries. In his career, Chris has held positions of Mechanical Superintendent, Project Engineer, and Utilities Manager. Chris’ experience on both the Mechanical and Operations sides of the business allows him to better assist our customer base with solutions within their processes.
Chris is a graduate of Maine Maritime Academy, a credential that supports his hands-on and problem-solving capabilities. With his 25 plus years’ experience in the heavy industrial field, Chris provides valued support for both our customers and the Millennium Power Services team. Chris also holds a State of Maine 2nd Class Stationary Steam Engineer License.
Chris resides in Fairfield, Maine with his wife of 25 years Jennifer, and their twin children Sophia and Caleb. Together they spend quality family time golfing, hiking, ice fishing, and camping from spring to fall.
In his role as Account Manager at Millennium Power Services, Chris will continue to engage with customers and ensure their needs are met by providing solutions that Millennium Power Services can offer.

Parker Morrison
Account Manager for Northern New England
Parker has been with us for a couple of years now and has been an incredible addition to our team. He was previously in a Field Service Supervisor role before getting promoted to Account Manager. Parker’s hands-on experience with the maintenance, field and operations sides of the business will allow him to better serve our customers.
Parker is a graduate of Maine Maritime Academy with his highest honor being a regimental commander where he was directly in charge of almost 700 license track regimental students. He was also a finalist for the Cadet shipping award.
Parker loves hunting, fishing and operating heavy equipment (his excavator and bulldozer!). He currently resides in West Gardiner, Maine with his fiancé, Katherine, and their German Shorthaired Pointer, Bowdoin.

Justin Pulling
Inside Sales and Service
After studying and working in architectural design, Justin found himself in the power and energy market. He gained crucial experience working for Copes Vulcan for 8 years, drawing control valves and ultimately taking lead of the aftermarket customer service and field service efforts.
With Justin’s technical problem-solving and dedication to customer satisfaction, he hopes to become an invaluable member to the Millennium Power Services team.
Justin lives with his wife and son outside Erie, PA. He enjoys working on projects around the house, building and remodeling. He also enjoys bowling, golfing, softball, hunting, kayaking, and the occasional downhill skiing.

Terry Cornelius
Senior Account Manager for our Richmond, VA Facility
Terry Cornelius brings over two decades of experience calling on customers from the manufacturing, industrial, chemical processing and utilities markets. He attributes his success to always striving to exceed the customers’ needs and expectations.
Terry is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. He also worked on construction sites between semesters; both have prepared him well for his hands-on approach to solving customers’ problems.
He has established himself as a go-to guy when his customers are in a jam. His ability to overcome obstacles and find solutions, makes him an asset to the plants he serves.
Terry resides in the Richmond, VA area with his wife of 25 years, Tammy, and their two children, Kevin and Karly. Weekends are spent with family and friends, going to the beach, working around the house and tinkering with their ’73 Ford F100 truck.
